Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex technology and business initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring projects remain aligned with strategic objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires a highly organized and experienced project leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, facilitate change, and drive successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, and is comfortable operating across multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business, technology, and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution.

  • Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation and contingency strategies.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, consistent, and proactive communication.

  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level reporting as required.

  • Manage scope changes and facilitate change management processes when project priorities evolve.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements.

  • Coordinate resources and priorities across multiple initiatives while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  • Support decision-making by providing stakeholders with clear project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.

  • Ensure projects remain aligned with organizational goals, timelines, budgetary constraints, and expected outcomes.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • To be based in Argentina.

  • 8+ years of professional experience in project or program management, preferably within technology or enterprise environments.

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

  • Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reports.

  • Strong risk management and mitigation experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work with senior leadership.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools.

  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments is highly desirable.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

  • Experience with enterprise technology, systems implementation, transformation, or modernization initiatives is a strong advantage.
