  • Develop and control project budgets, ensuring accurate cost planning, forecasting, and cost control.

  • Create and manage project roadmaps, tracking progress and proactively addressing slippage and dependencies.

  • Track projects providing dashboards and reporting to support transparent decision‑making.

  • Apply problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, making trade‑offs to optimise scope, time, cost, and quality.

  • Manage internal and external partners and stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment to delivery objectives.

  • Coach, and manage project team members to enhance capability, engagement, and delivery effectiveness.

  • Drive continuous performance and process improvement, embedding lessons learned and standard methodologies into future delivery.

Essential Skills/Experience
  • Significant experience (typically 5+ years) leading complex projects and programmes in a structured delivery environment.

  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to the benefit of the project.

  • Demonstrated experience resolving team conflicts, building collaborative partner relationships, and making clear, timely decisions.
