Senior Project Manager / Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager who has delivered successful programs at scale. A person with a technical understanding and curiosity. As part of the team you own all stages of the program execution, reporting, risk & dependencies to ensure best practice on the life cycle of a software development, implementation, infrastructure or transformation programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programs — from initial scoping and planning through execution to release
• Go beyond status reporting: proactively identify blockers, dig into problem areas, and drive resolution together with the team
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate work across cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders) in multinational and hybrid setups
• Own risk and issue management — surface problems early, escalate when needed, and ensure timely resolution
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to executive leadership
• Communicate project progress, key decisions, and release plans clearly and consistently
• Drive change management and support the adoption of new processes, tools, or platforms
• Work closely with technology leadership to align delivery with the broader technical and business roadmap
• Create and maintain clear project documentation — plans, reports, and decision logs
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams

You would be an ideal candidate if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in project and/or program management in IT and software development
• Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end and understanding and technical details within a project.
• Solid experience leading projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in hybrid and multinational environments
• Strong understanding of technical concepts — software development lifecycle, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and technical debt
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, scope, and cross-functional dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
• One or more of the following certificates - PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, SAFe Agilist, ACP, or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with fluent English (spoken and written)
• A proactive, hands-on mindset - you take ownership, dig into the details, and don't wait to be asked
• Flexible and resilient personality, ready to adapt to changing priorities and new challenges
• University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

It will be considered as an advantage if you have:

• Experience with Lean Portfolio Management or SAFe at portfolio level
• Background in leading technical transformation or platform adoption programs
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, M365) or other technology domains (security, AI)
• Any technology-specific certification
• Experience in Insurance or other of the Dreamix Core domains
• Hands-on experience with project management tools — JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar
