Your responsibilities
Own the delivery of complex medical product development including digital products from concept to launch (app, connected devices, digital ecosystem).
Drive end-to-end delivery across the entire product lifecycle, ensuring high quality and timely outcomes.
Define, manage, and continuously optimize scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Proactively identify and resolve gaps, risks, and misalignments while unblocking teams.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing, and external partners.
Align stakeholders and foster shared accountability for results, facilitate effective decision-making and escalate strategically with clear recommendations.
Ensure transparency on progress, risks, and trade-offs through structured governance and reporting.
Location
This is a Baar-based hybrid role, with several in-office days each week to enable rapid collaboration.
What you bring along
Minimum 5 years’ experience in product development. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or Natural Science. Further education in project management or business administration desirable.
Deep understanding of the cross-functional disciplinary landscape within a Medical Device industry.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
High level of autonomy, ownership, and self-motivation, with the ability to perform under pressure.
Understanding of digital health technologies and how digital solutions fit into regulated environments. Experience with modern digital delivery approaches (Agile, SAFe, product-led development) is a plus.
Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to influence, motivate, and lead within matrix organizations while constructively challenging assumptions
