Role purpose
Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional People & Culture (P&C) initiatives that drive organisational transformation and business impact. Accountable for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and embedding a consistent project management methodology across the P&C function.
What you'll be doing:
- Own end-to-end delivery of P&C projects (strategy, design, execution, adoption).
- Partner with senior stakeholders across People & Culture and other functions to define scope, objectives, and success measures.
- Oversee project management methodology for the People Team, ensuring consistency, simplicity, and business relevance.
- Work closely with the People Tech & Data Director to select, implement, and embed a project management tool that supports cross-team collaboration.
- Apply agile planning approaches and adapt delivery to the realities of a fast-paced, scaling business.
- Lead and motivate project teams, setting clear priorities and ensuring accountability.
- Manage budgets, timelines, dependencies, and risks with proactive mitigation.
- Prepare and deliver project updates for Exec-level and senior leadership forums.
- Mentor and coach junior project team members and analysts.
What we are looking for:
- 5–8+ years’ experience in project/program management, with proven delivery in People-related projects (e.g., HR transformation, rewards, culture, operating model) or other global functional projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including agile and hybrid approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee project management frameworks and tools at function level.
- Proven experience working with senior/Exec stakeholders in complex global organisations.
- Excellent influencing, facilitation, and communication skills.
- PMP/Prince2 or Agile certification preferred.
