Job Description
The Development Project Manager - Owner Rep/ Development will be responsible for managing and overseeing the activities of a project from start of design to financial closeout to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. T5 excels at building large scale data center projects for company operational use and also partnering with Fortune 500 companies for customized projects. We need high quality individuals who are looking to grow with a company and be a leader in the future.
Qualifications
- Construction experience as an Owners Representative, preferred
- Must be proficient in: Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam
- Individual must be driven, hardworking and dedicated, required
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, required
- An energetic self-starter with a “can do/whatever it takes” attitude who can perform under pressure, work successfully on tight deadlines and identify and resolve problems as they arise, required
- Yardi experience preferred
- Open to frequent travel
Additional Information

- Facilitate project meetings with design, construction, commissioning firms and other third party vendors
- Manage T5 budgets and schedules
- Feasibility studies and cash flow management
- Management of data center projects

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required
- 4+ years Project Management experience, required
- Construction industry experience, required
- Data Center experience, preferred
