We invite a Senior Project Manager to join our team and contribute to an exciting project transforming payment management across the European automotive industry. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple client initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and navigate complex stakeholder relationships, while also supporting Dev.Pro’s presales efforts and driving continuous improvements in delivery and processes.

✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years of project management experience in software development
• Experience delivering fixed-price projects using standard PM practices
• Solid understanding of SDLC and modern delivery workflows
• Strong stakeholder management across product and technical leadership
• Hands-on with key project management areas, especially cost, scope & schedule, stakeholders, risk, and quality management
• Strong stakeholder management across product and technical leadership
• Skilled in conflict mitigation and resolution
• Maturity in handling feedback and client criticism
• Experience staffing, building, and coordinating mixed teams
• Oversight of project delivery and team performance
• Flexibility, adaptability, and proven multitasking skills
• High tolerance for uncertainty, change, and shifting priorities
• Participation in presales or readiness to support presales activities
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

• Experience in the FinTech domain
• Experience managing multiple accounts and switching between initiatives
• Knowledge of German and ability to work with German documentation

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll oversee projects and teams, coordinate communication across stakeholders, and drive the successful delivery of client initiatives while supporting presales efforts and new opportunities.

• Manage fixed-price projects and ensure delivery on quality, milestones, and deadlines
• Lead and manage multiple initiatives and short-term projects across the client account
• Build, staff, and coordinate internal, client, and mixed project teams
• Manage senior product and technical stakeholders and maintain effective communication with highly involved clients
• Build and maintain core PM processes (planning, risk management, reporting, documentation)
• Navigate shifting priorities, evolving scopes, and client feedback with maturity and resilience
• Support internal presales and take on new initiatives from the presales pipeline
