Overview: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading large-scale industrial, manufacturing, facility expansion, or capital projects. 
  • This position is responsible for leading large-scale manufacturing expansion, facility development, and operational growth initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • The role will focus on planning, execution, and delivery of high-value Greenfield and Brownfield projects, ensuring business objectives, operational readiness, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations are achieved. 
  • The Project Manager will serve as a key leader throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept development and scope definition through execution, commissioning, and operational handoff.
  • This individual will work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery. 
  • The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous leader with extensive experience managing complex manufacturing projects exceeding $100M in value.
  • This individual must be comfortable driving cross-functional alignment, managing competing priorities, mitigating risk, and delivering results in fast-paced industrial environments. 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Leadership & Execution 
  • Lead large-scale Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects from concept through completion 
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and execution strategies 
  • Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved 
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary 
  • Drive project governance, reporting, and executive communication throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Scope Development & Strategic Planning 
  • Define project scope, objectives, resource requirements, and success criteria 
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop project roadmaps aligned with business growth strategies 
  • Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans 
  • Support long-term manufacturing capacity and operational growth initiatives 
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and project execution activities 
  • Capital Projects & Facility Expansion 
  • Lead manufacturing expansion, facility optimization, and operational readiness initiatives 
  • Support site selection, facility expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and capacity growth projects 
  • Oversee implementation of manufacturing equipment, production lines, and operational systems 
  • Manage large-scale capital investment projects and associated budgets 
  • Ensure successful transition from project execution to operational ownership 
  • Cross-Functional Leadership 
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Facilities, Procurement, and Leadership teams 
  • Facilitate alignment between technical and business stakeholders 
  • Lead project meetings, reviews, and executive updates 
  • Build strong relationships across multiple functions and organizational levels 
  • Drive accountability and collaboration across project teams 
  • Risk Management & Operational Readiness 
  • Identify project risks, constraints, and dependencies 
  • Develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans 
  • Ensure operational readiness requirements are incorporated into project planning 
  • Support project commissioning, startup, and production ramp-up activities 
  • Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned throughout project execution 
  • Vendor & Contractor Management 
  • Coordinate activities with external contractors, suppliers, consultants, and service providers 
  • Manage vendor performance and project deliverables 
  • Support contract execution and project procurement activities 
  • Ensure alignment between third-party resources and project objectives 
  • Maintain effective communication with all external stakeholders

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience with significant project leadership responsibilities 
  • Demonstrated experience leading Greenfield and/or Brownfield manufacturing projects 
  • Experience managing capital projects exceeding $100M in project value 
  • Strong manufacturing industry experience 
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution 
  • Proven ability to define project scope, establish project structure, and drive execution 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Track record of successful delivery of large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects 
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-50%
