REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5+ years of project management experience in software development or IT services
- Proven experience managing mid-size and large enterprise accounts
- Strong delivery management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience working directly with enterprise-level customers
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Experience managing project financials, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and resource utilization
- Ability to balance customer expectations, delivery constraints, and business objectives
- Strong risk, dependency, and escalation management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end delivery for a strategic enterprise account
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and serve as the primary delivery contact
