We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (d/f/m) to help us shape the future of our organization by leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across HR, Finance, IT, and beyond.

In this role, you will partner with teams across the company to improve processes, drive efficiency, and ensure the seamless execution of key initiatives. You will help us establish best-in-class project management frameworks, foster collaboration, and support business transformation at scale.

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Charlottenburg, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.

Your Role in Our Team

1. Driving Program Governance & PMO

• Help us establish and implement PMO standards that enhance efficiency and alignment.

• Work with our leadership teams to ensure projects drive real business impact.

• Keep us on track by documenting project processes and recommending continuous improvements.

• Facilitate steering committees and key decision-making processes to move initiatives forward.

2. Leading Project Planning & Execution

• Work with teams across the company to define project goals, scope, and milestones.

• Manage project resources, staffing, and execution, ensuring we meet our objectives.

• Help us monitor progress, address risks, and remove blockers to keep things moving.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration by connecting stakeholders and driving alignment.

• Lead meetings, workshops, and reporting efforts, making sure teams stay informed and engaged.

• Support change management and communication strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

What You Bring to Our Team

• 4-5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, project management, or business transformation.

• A strong background in organizational change, large-scale business transformations, or project management.

• Experience in leading Project Governance and Project Management Office (PMO) functions.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, Prince2, or other project management methodologies.

• An ability to navigate HR, Finance, and IT processes and support transformation initiatives.

• A hands-on, solution-driven mindset—we get things done together!

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Bachelor’s / Master'sdegree or MBA in Business, Economics, or a related field.
