We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for one of our North American customers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive account growth through effective hiring and budget planning.
- Oversee people management, focusing on hiring, performance management, engagement, and personal growth.
- Provide regular status updates to all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships while enhancing coordination with key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Assist teams with process setup and actively participate in project planning.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as Project Manager, working with teams 20+ people.
- Experience in creating new teams, active involvement in hiring process.
- Ability and readiness to manage few teams simultaneously.
- Understanding of SDLC, Scrum, SAFe methodologies
- Experience in risk management (identify-communicate-act).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Negotiation and good organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of communication skills (in English) (Advanced level).
- Availability to work from our office in Medellin 2-3 days per week (if needed).
