About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Management to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that drive meaningful business impact. This role is responsible for transforming strategic objectives into executable plans, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Business stakeholders to successfully deliver large-scale programs.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals, technical understanding, business acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. This person thrives in ambiguous environments, can influence without direct authority, and excels at aligning diverse teams around common goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from discovery through delivery and post-launch stabilization.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Business teams.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, blockers, and execution challenges.
  • Facilitate decision-making by providing clear trade-offs, recommendations, and data-driven insights.
  • Establish governance processes and executive reporting mechanisms.
  • Coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across regions, countries, and time zones.
  • Ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives while balancing scope, timeline, quality, and business impact.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing visibility into progress, risks, key decisions, and outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of program management practices, execution frameworks, and operational processes.
  • Create clarity in ambiguous situations and help teams navigate complex organizational environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Program Management, Project Management, Product Management, or related roles within technology organizations.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale software development initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system development processes, and Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations and Business teams.
  • Experience driving programs from discovery through delivery and post-launch stabilization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional and matrixed environments.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to lead meetings, manage stakeholders, and present to senior leadership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Payments, Fintech, E-commerce or Digital Platforms.
  • Experience leading global or multi-market initiatives.
  • Familiarity with APIs, distributed systems, system integrations, transaction processing, or financial operations.
  • Experience working with regulated industries or high-availability systems.
  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certifications.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish.
