This role supports the Boeing Enterprise Security organization performing physical security integrations. You will work with site leaders, senior managers and the director on cross collaboration efforts within the business.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless integration of Product Family services at site level, coordinates site-specific risk assessments and compliance checks, translate enterprise integration requirements into practical site procedures for new sites, and acts as the primary liaison for company Merger and Acquisition team
- Lead Merger & Acquisition (M&A) and Subsidiary Durability efforts for the Product Family
- Facilitate company expansion through the leasing process
- Develop and maintain site activities that impact Product Family
- Coordinate the service integration at new sites within the Domestic United Status
- Maintain centralized repository of Boeing sites within the Domestic United States that identifies key security leader/focal and associated critical Security & Fire Operations requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in project management for both small and large projects
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- 1+ years of experience with Security & Fire Protection or uniformed security policies, procedures, disciplines and requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions
- Experience with artificial intelligence and data analytics

Summary pay range: $109,650 - $171,350
