Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join our team in Berkeley, MO. This role will serve as a Project Execution Leader for the T-7A Ground Based Training System (GBTS) scope of work. In this role, the focus will be on planning, customer interface, and successful execution of Ground Based Training Systems related activities within the T-7A Ground Based Training System Program. The selected person will act with agency and urgency, bias toward action and a team-oriented approach as the Project Management Lead for the GBTS scope and will interface with various cross-functional stakeholders and customers to drive program outcomes.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary interface with GBTS Engineering teammates and USAF Customer team to drive successful execution of the GBTS statement of work.
- Partner with the GBTS team to ensure contract milestones and deliverables are met, interpret the SOW and ensure plans are developed to support execution
- Regularly be accountable and brief senior leaders on GBTS EVM, schedule performance and recovery plans
- Interface and team with the GBTS technical leadership team to ensure adherence to EAC, pursuit of opportunities and mitigation of risks
- Manage financial performance to plan, on-time and on-budget, and drive successful execution of Program Management Best Practices
- Provides in-depth analysis and recommendations; identifies lessons learned, provides historical reports to incorporate into future project plans and executes accordingly
- Build positive, productive relationships with Government Customers to enable success
- Focus on people/team development and culture, and foster a productive and positive working culture among the cross-functional team
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
- 5+ years' experience in interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
- Experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
- Earned Value Management experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience interfacing with, motivating and holding accountable cross-functional project teams and customers
- Experience with developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- Experience with Training Devices

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
