Boeing's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking a Senior Project Management Analyst to join our team to support project delivery across multiple construction initiatives in Ridley Park, PA.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Monitor multiple critical contracts to determine compliance
  • Develop contract specifications for supplier goods and services and relevant documents
  • Interact with suppliers and buyers
  • Facilitate team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organization's needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of contractual processes
  • Create and deploy schedules based on system, customer, and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with internal and external suppliers and customers to coordinate scheduled activities
  • Exercise considerable latitude in addressing complex scheduling issues
  • Generate plans, acquire materials, and schedule services for facilities activities, as needed
  • Lead efforts to review, create, improve, and document system processes and procedures which may include integration with multiple disciplines or organizations
  • Initiate and lead regional or site cross-functional teams to create and validate processes
  • Use project management tools and industry-recognized concepts to develop scope of work, budget, and schedules to achieve desired outcomes on time and within budget
  • Lead and coordinate regional or site cross-functional teams to complete projects, as needed
  • Define methodology for data collection from various systems to perform analysis
  • Analyze trend data to identify opportunities for improvement; analysis may result in the development of regional resolution plans for buildings, equipment, systems, processes, and procedures
  • Lead studies and research efforts using varied media (such as financial data, internet, reports, benchmarking studies, new technology, etc.) for determining feasibility, viability, or capability in support of a program, project or customer request
  • Prepare and present reports with options and recommendations that may have regional impact
  • Conduct studies and research within specific area of expertise or pertaining to a broad area of experience and knowledge
  • Exercise considerable latitude when processing complex or unique customer requests in a specific area of expertise
  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance for various facilities hardware, software, systems, or processes
  • Ensure that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents
  • Deliver process training
  • Support curriculum development and creation of training materials
  • Coordinate with internal training organizations as applicable
  • Perform problem resolution in support of business operations by investigating, developing and preparing alternatives, impact statements, and recommendations
  • Take into consideration objectives and strategies that meet business and infrastructure requirements
  • Conduct studies and make recommendations for long-range plans and for current operations to support all levels of management
  • Support development of budget and long-range business plans

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience with interfacing database systems and applications
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) Systems
  • Experience supporting Project management or Construction Management or Facilities Management and/or Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) teams
  • Experience working with contracted services or sourced labor
  • Experience with Procore
  • Experience with Tableau, Access, Power BI, SAP Ariba
  • Experience with contract administration

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $126,650 - $171,350
