After 27 successful years with our current SAP system, Accelleron Switzerland plans to migrate to SAP S/4HANA to simplify our ERP. As the global leader in manufacturing and servicing turbochargers for large off-highway engines in the marine and energy industries, we are also celebrating 100 years since delivering our first turbocharger.

Founded in 2022 as a spin-off from ABB, Accelleron employs 2,800 people across 110 locations globally. Our headquarters in Baden, Switzerland, houses 950 employees where we develop, produce, assemble products, manage our global business divisions and functions.

We seek an experienced Senior Project Leader for our SAP S/4HANA Project to oversee from discovery through implementation to business handover.

You'll report dotted line to the steering committee and have an executive sponsor as direct line manager. Technical support is provided by the IS project leader for technical aspects.

Your responsibilities:

• Project charter design including budget management (planning and monitoring resources and budgets)

• Leading project workstreams and stakeholder management (e.g managing consultants and suppliers, regular status reporting, coordination of the interaction between the actors)

• Change management (e.g communication kits, information session, workshops and workgroups, etc.)

• Driving the SAP standard implementation while addressing deviations

• Reporting activities (scorecard/KPI’s definition, implementation and coordination) ensuring the overall On-time delivery of the project

Your background:

• Engineer or Master technical equivalence educational degree

• Leadership in transformational projects, including working with C-Level management

• Leadership or significant involvement in large scale ERP projects

• SAP S/4HANA experiences in manufacturing industries with service exposure

• Result-oriented with strong coaching abilities

• Effective broad experience in multi-Country and -cultural management

• Effective indirect leadership and stakeholder management

• Strong conflict management and decision-making skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluent in German and English
