Job Description
- Manage engineering scope and delivery
- Coordinate design and technical reviews
- Monitor quality and compliance standards
- Lead subcontractor performance and reporting
- Drive program and cost control measures
- Mentor and support junior engineers
Required Skills and Competencies
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Australian standards
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Work on landmark regional and metro projects
- Collaborative and inclusive team culture
