About the Role
As a Senior Project Coordinator at Envato, you’ll play a key role in organising and facilitating projects that require coordination beyond the typical scope of our long lived domain teams, these tend to involve multiple domains and external stakeholders. You’ll manage cross-domain projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with teams like marketing, customer service, and external partners. You’ll work with engineering managers, product managers, and business analysts to define project objectives and ensure accountability.
In this position, you’ll provide delivery assurance for strategic projects, monitoring progress across various teams, managing dependencies, and driving outcomes to meet project goals. By keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout each project phase, you’ll play a crucial role in successfully delivering high-complexity initiatives that span across different functions or domains, supporting Envato’s goals and enhancing the customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Provide delivery assurance support by planning, scheduling, and tracking activities for cross-functional projects.
- Oversee and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, domain leaders, and all stakeholders.
- Support resource management to meet project milestones, assisting teams in addressing resource gaps or conflicts.
- Track and manage dependencies and coordination needs for projects spanning multiple teams.
- Monitor project risks and blockers, collaborating with teams to resolve issues and maintain progress.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes for efficient coordination.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation updates and other project-related tasks.
- Use project management tools to support planning, tracking, and reporting of project deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment across domains, business units, and external partners.
About you
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, within a technology-driven environment and ideally, within a global organisation.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, skilled at handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders from varied technical backgrounds and seniority levels.
- Problem-solving mindset, adept at identifying challenges and removing blockers.
- Collaborative and proactive, promoting transparency and accountability within teams.
- Experienced in distributed, remote-first teams, adept at managing work across time zones.
- Skilled in agile environments with a solid grasp of product development processes.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Experienced with project management tools like Jira and Trello, supporting effective project planning and tracking.
