Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Program Manager to join our Global Thermal R&D team. This individual will lead complex, cross-functional programs that drive innovation in semiconductor thermal management solutions. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented leader who excels at managing stakeholders across organizations, ensuring timely execution of milestones, and fostering collaboration in a global environment. In addition to exceptional program management skills, this role requires strong technical acumen in semiconductor thermals to effectively guide technical teams and challenge design directions when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Drive program execution according to defined milestones, budgets, and timelines.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts across global teams to maintain program momentum.
  • Provide technical oversight and challenge design decisions related to thermal management in semiconductor applications.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports for executive updates.
  • Champion best practices in program governance, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Preferred Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of program management experience in high-tech or semiconductor industries, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and team members across multiple organizations and geographies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a goal-oriented, results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to convey complex information clearly to technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor thermal management principles, including heat transfer, cooling technologies, and system-level thermal design.
  • Ability to critically evaluate technical proposals and guide teams toward optimal solutions.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Stage-Gate, MS Project, Jira).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in global R&D environments with cross-cultural team leadership.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
