Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for a skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team. As a Senior Program Manager, you are a results-driven leader who aligns strategic objectives with program outcomes, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-value projects through Lean-Agile principles and other methodologies as needed. You bring a proactive mindset, operational excellence, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams, focusing on solving customer problems, achieving business outcomes, and delivering solutions swiftly to the market. With a strong emphasis on leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement, you play a key role in driving innovation and achieving organizational goals.
Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:Align programs with organizational goals, ensuring strategic vision, competitive advantage, and innovation.
Inspire and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Build and manage stakeholder relationships through transparent communication and alignment of objectives.
Oversee the full program lifecycle—intake, solution design, execution, monitoring, and closure—while optimizing resource allocation and risk management.
Conduct discovery sessions to define problems, requirements, and KPIs, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
Design workflows, roadmaps, and milestones aligned with strategic objectives, securing stakeholder buy-in.
Execute programs efficiently, maintaining adherence to timelines, budgets, and reporting for all stakeholder levels.
Continuously improve processes and strategies through iterative feedback and robust risk mitigation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as Program Manager, Project Manager, IT Delivery manager
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage large, diverse teams.
Experience in Tech/Product delivery and with scopes larger than a single team
Strong competencies with relevant project management tools & systems
Ideally, you will also have a Certification in Project Management (IPMA Level B/C, PMP, or equivalent).
Previous experience with Jira Advanced Roadmaps (a.k.a. Jira Plans) Platform/Tech/Product companies or Scale-ups would be considered a plus
