The Senior Program Manager, Investment Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting SEI Asset Management products by overseeing valuation, regulatory reporting, governance, and operational processes across global mutual funds. In this role, you will lead valuation oversight activities, coordinate Board and fund reporting, support critical governance deliverables such as prospectus, transaction, and proxy reporting, and help maintain strong controls, documentation, and audit readiness. Working across multiple functional teams, you will also identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency, contributing to the continued growth of SEI Asset Management.
What you will do:
Coordinate and manage recurring governance and reporting processes, ensuring timelines and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Work across teams to gather, organize, and prepare materials for internal reporting and fund board presentations
Participate in quarterly board reporting, presenting operational updates and addressing follow-up questions with support as needed
Maintain documentation and support audit-readiness, ensuring consistency and organization across key materials
Support valuation and governance-related activities and contribute to ongoing improvements in workflows and reporting processes
What we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field
4–8 years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, accounting, or related roles
