The Team and Role:
Logitech is looking for a passionate Senior Program Manager for our Global Quality Operations with a strong Lean background, a continuous improvement mindset as well as having a deep desire to continuously simplify and automate systems and processes wherever possible for the benefit of engineering, product management, quality, customer experience teams, compliance, manufacturing, sustainability and other roles and functions across Logitech. This eventually will contribute to delivering superior Products and Experiences that will delight and excite our customers and consumers.
This role will be accountable for driving company wide programs with significant positive business impact, improving current as well as developing new systems and processes and deploying these across Logitech.

Drive larger high impact process and system development programs - including elements in our QMS - to completion with a cross functional program team supporting a large stakeholder landscape.
Continuously analyze and drive for process and tool/infrastructure consistency and simplicity across all Logitech's functional units and teams with a big focus on the customer (internal and external) and the consumer.
Drive analysis of relevant data points from development, manufacturing as well as In-Market phases and define and implement transparency measures that help the business to improve decision making as well as improve our quality and product portfolio
Help inject and drive a continuous improvement mindset and corresponding processes across Logitech, closing the loop between the ‘backend’ and ‘frontend’ of the product creation activity
Responsible for developing and maintaining Logitech's Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) framework and processes, organizing CIP-related training programs, and fostering a CIP culture within Logitech through initiatives such as the Logitech CIP Award.
Develop scorecards, metrics and communication strategy and practices
Promote and sustain quality and Lean thinking as an element of superior business performance
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Strong and proven project/program management and leadership skills and 10+ years experience from the high tech industry/consumer electronics or other relevant industries.
Solid influential skills and ability to cooperate on all organizational levels.
BIG heart for the Customer and the Consumer with a strong drive to translate consumer language into business value add.
Challenging mindset and behavior with an outside in view, that can go against the status quo and drive change where needed. Hence the capability to lead and drive change is a strong requirement.
The ability to Identify and clearly define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and corresponding corrective actions is a must
Interpret, understand, and deal with abstract complex systems and processes determining simple improvement solutions are traits highly appreciated.
End to End (development, Manufacturing, Supplier, Post-Launch) Quality experience and deep understanding of how these operate as well as the KPIs used for maintaining best in class quality is desired.
Certified project management professional (PMP or similar)
Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar education, strong statistical understanding
Hands on approach, leading by doing and never afraid of getting ‘muddy hands’
Provides clear and professional communication orally and in writing
Ability to work in a collaborative and participative, team oriented environment while having a start-up mindset.
Excellent English language skills.
In addition, below skills are a plus:
Black belt Six Sigma certified
Good oral and written Mandarin language skills
Education:
Bachelor or Master in Engineering in hardware, software, Computer Science or Manufacturing
