About the RoleAs the Senior Program Manager, Accessibility at Twitch, you will have a broad impact across all of Twitch and our Community. You will join our Product Operations team where you will own, oversee and conduct the end-to-end delivery of Accessibility Program and services including QA, education and training and scalable operations and hands-on management.
You will be our subject matter expert on digital accessibility and will execute on accessibility processes with our Design, Product and Engineering functions, proactive reporting and communications, implementation of tools and AI integration, while continuously working with our design system and product development process. We will look to you to mentor and support others in executing the vision of how Twitch will be a welcome home for all regardless of abilities including partnering with product, engineering, legal, partnerships, and everyone from our executive staff to our individual contributors on solving Accessibility problems and providing strategic solutions. In addition you will work with Guild partners on celebrating cultural milestones.
Our team is based in San Francisco, CA and New York City, NY.
You Will:- Support global digital accessibility initiatives as the subject matter expert and technical support for accessibility in product and throughout Twitch.
- Intake, backlog & operational management working with engineering, product and design leaders to address core accessibility issues, including communications and reporting.
- Conduct QA and lead, support, manage QA specialists.
- Work with engineers, designers, product managers, and researchers to identify and create high impact changes and programs across all of our products, and support proactive backlog management.
- Lead process and tooling integration including AI where appropriate.
- Partner with engineers to build and integrate automated accessibility testing into CI/CD pipelines, shifting accessibility testing earlier in the development lifecycle.
- Work with other Accessibility partners (legal, research, policy, communications) on benchmarking, goal setting, reporting, and execution and other consultative support.
- Develop an educational program and deploy guidelines/resources for key collaborators
- You have 6+ years experience building similar Accessibility programs, QA and other scalable Accessibility Practices.
- Expertise in accessibility best practices, guidelines, and regulations—specifically WCAG 2.2+ AA and the CVAA; ability to advise the executive team on risk assessment.
- You have experience creating and leading an accessibility program from ground up including creating, documenting, proactive management and driving deliverables.
- Experience working with and consulting product, design, engineering, and legal teams to deliver accessibility audits, code reviews and other advisory services.
- Experience working on consumer product accessibility both on video and communications products and across a variety of devices, such as desktop, smartphone, gaming console, and OTT services.
- Awareness of assistive technologies available to people with disabilities.
- Experience with Figma, Jira and similar relevant product development tools.
- Understanding of and familiarity with AI tooling and test automations for Accessibility
- Familiarity with Twitch as a user, streamer, or both!

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
