Job Summary

Candidate is needed to serve as a Senior Program Integrator for Army Air and Missile Defense programs.  Supports the customer project manager (PM) in executing his/her mission by providing subject matter expertise needed to ensure effective acquisition management leading to successful project outcomes. Candidate will provide support to the Army PM in technical and program management reviews.  Candidate will analyze program strategies to devise the most efficient methods of operating through the lifecycle framework.  Specifically assist Product Managers in transitioning programs through the acquisition management milestones including streamlined approaches using Middle Tier Acquisition processes. Collates responses / recommendations on tailoring documentation requirements and generates / facilitates regulatory or statutory waiver requests consistent with the Product Manger guidance.  Candidate will serve as a key integrator across cost, schedule and performance to allow Product Managers to make data-driven decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary advisor to Project Office leadership across functional areas.
  • Integrate cost, schedule, and performance across portfolios to provide a coherent view of program status.
  • Prepare decision support materials for program reviews and leadership engagements.
  • Support synchronization of technical, financial, and acquisition activities across the program.
  • Collaborate with senior management, customers, government agencies, regulators or vendors to influence decisions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years’ experience supporting military and acquisition operations.
  • Broad understanding of risk management and ability to provide risk mitigation recommendations.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD secret clearance.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Prior Army Staff experience
  • 20+ years’ experience supporting military and acquisition operations
  • DAWIA Program Management certified
  • Current TS/SCI clearance
