In This Role

You will support the operations and engagement efforts of a major global gaming commerce platform, helping ensure publishers can seamlessly onboard, manage content, and leverage platform features to reach millions of players. This position blends program coordination, publisher communication, and light go-to-market support. You’ll work closely with internal product and engineering teams, assist with publisher education, and help improve the experience of bringing games and content to market on the platform. This is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, excels in cross-team communication, and has experience supporting e-commerce or digital content programs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate publisher onboarding to platform tools, features, and commerce workflows.
  • Support publisher engagement initiatives, including communication around new features, updates, and Xbox Clubs–related activities.
  • Prepare, update, and manage documentation, guides, and educational materials for publishers.
  • Assist with go-to-market planning, including distributing materials, gathering feedback, and supporting campaign readiness.
  • Communicate with top publishers primarily via email and distribution lists, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Collaborate with internal product managers to align on feature rollouts, publisher needs, and platform updates.
  • Conduct lightweight user research or feedback-gathering tasks to improve publisher experience.
  • Manage internal coordination rhythms, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are met.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–10 years of experience in program or project coordination (8+ years preferred for Level 4 expectations).
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with proven ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Experience with e-commerce, digital content, or digital marketing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate workflows, and maintain organized documentation.
  • Ability to create, edit, or contribute to business-facing materials (presentations, guides, publisher comms).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting game publishers, digital content partners, or B2B go-to-market programs.
  • Background in gaming, entertainment, or consumer digital products.
  • Familiarity with publisher tools or content-management workflows.
  • Portfolio or examples of professional writing, documentation, or design work.
  • Experience driving cross-team communication in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $21.15 to $25.96 USD/ph. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
