We’re looking for a results-oriented Account Executive who will help qualified members of our audience take the leap from interested observer to active business buyer. 

You’ll meet with prospective members of the Contrarian community who’ve engaged with our brand—through virtual and in-person events—and consult them on the best next step toward business ownership. Your goal is to help them identify the right Contrarian program, community, or event to match their ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn from deep, hands-on exposure to business acquisition, operational optimization, and scalable growth strategies
  • Conduct discovery and consultation calls with qualified leads
  • Understand each client’s goals, financial readiness, and desired outcomes
  • Recommend the appropriate Contrarian Thinking program, event, or membership
  • Own the full sales cycle—from consultation to enrollment—with a focus on integrity and education
  • Track performance, pipeline, and feedback to continuously improve conversion rates
  • Partner with marketing and operations to optimize messaging and lead flow
The Ideal Candidate
  • 3–5+ years in consultative sales (education, coaching, SaaS, or financial services preferred)
  • Demonstrated success exceeding sales goals in a relationship-driven environment
  • Strong ability to listen, empathize, and tailor solutions to client goals
  • High emotional intelligence and professional communication
  • Excitement for entrepreneurship, personal finance, and helping others take bold steps
  • Entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable in ambiguity and move fast

Skills Required
