- Deliver Level 2/3 support for Unix/Linux‑based production systems, troubleshooting incidents and root‑cause analysis.
- Assist with client onboarding, configuration, and integration of market data and order entry services.
- Collaborate with global support teams to share knowledge, coordinate escalations, and improve processes.
- Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and execute timely remediation actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, run‑books, and knowledge‑base articles.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and provide after‑hours emergency support as required.
- Identify automation opportunities and create scripts to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including deployment and release management.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Level 2/3 technical support within financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and command‑line tools.
- Solid understanding of market data, order entry, and related financial concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven analytical and logical problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with client onboarding and support process management.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation.
- Exposure to FIX, ITCH, or other financial messaging protocols is a plus.
Compensation Expectations: $170,000-$180,000 Base Salary
