The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Production Designer for our Golden Nugget Online Casino brand, you will engage in creative problem-solving to craft compelling assets across a variety of channels. You'll utilize automation tools to develop and maintain production templates integral to our workflow, ensuring artwork is optimized and production-ready while maintaining high standards for all digital assets.
What you'll do as a Senior Production Designer

• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Project Managers to create assets for channels including digital, social, and email while also executing on creative vision.
• Work in our automation tool daily to develop and maintain templates that are implemented in our daily workflow.
• Prepare various formats of supplied artwork to make it production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.
• Create layouts applying design principles such as color, typography, organizing elements, and usability.
• Partner with 3rd party vendors to enforce quality assurance on all outsourced digital assets.
• Manage and develop mid-level production and motion designers.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• A relevant portfolio must be provided.
• Experience overseeing and developing a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to run multiple projects at once and deliver on quick deadlines with keen attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.
• Demonstrated understanding of modern marketing (digital, experiential, and social).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
• Experience working with licensing is preferred.
• Automation experience is preferred.
• Figma experience and a knowledge of the sports landscape is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
