Join Evonik’s Americas Supply Chain Organization as a Senior Product Supply Manager, where you will play a key role in driving supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and planning for the Epoxy Curing Agents product line. As part of the Americas Crosslinkers Supply Chain Leadership team, you’ll collaborate with commercial, procurement, and operational teams to ensure seamless supply planning and execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Product Supply Manager, you will:

• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning supply and demand, recommending solutions to any supply issues, and gaining alignment with the cross functional team.

• Optimize supply planning for assigned assets and products and ensure meeting service level requirements. Work with other business lines and regions to ensure aligned planning.

• Develop and execute allocation strategies to address supply and demand imbalances.

• Drive improvement to meet key supply chain metrics such as delivery performance, inventory management, and cost reduction.

• Collaborate with procurement to address raw material supply challenges and ensure business continuity and security of supply.

• Optimize inventory levels to meet inventory and networking capital targets and also meet the required service levels.

• Partner with commercial and operational teams to support new product introductions and supply chain readiness.

• Work with the cross functional team to ensure any product complaints are addressed in a timely manner and that corrective actions are in place to prevent reoccurrence.

• Oversee inventory health management, including risk mitigation and disposal decisions.

• Lead and mentor a team, including a Supply Chain Analyst and a Material Planner, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Spearhead strategic supply chain projects to enhance operational effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a strategic and analytical supply chain leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, supply chain, or logistics (a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a Certification in Production and Inventory Management is preferred).

• 7+ years of supply chain experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.

• Experience in commercial, manufacturing, or asset management is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to navigate complex supply chain operations and drive strategic decisions.

• Experience with SAP (required); IBP knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

• A results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and optimization.
