Essential Functions:
• Owns and evolves the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and growth opportunities.
• Leads the development and execution of the product strategy by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and industry advancements.
• Defines and monitors key success metrics, leverages data to drive insights, and partners with cross-functional teams to support and refine business strategies.
• Translates strategic objectives and product roadmap features into detailed product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Sets priorities for product development, ensuring high-level requirements are effectively translated into actionable deliverables for development teams.
• Serves as a trusted product expert, providing strategic and creative solutions to complex use cases and customer challenges.
• Evaluates product progress through deliverables and outcomes, recommending enhancements based on customer feedback and internal goals.
• Leads efforts to identify and mitigate impediments to ensure successful achievement of release/sprint goals.
• Acts as a mentor to junior Product Owners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field.
• An advanced degree or MBA is strongly preferred.

Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in product management and/or ownership, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of driving successful, high-impact products in healthcare technology or data-centric organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, scalable solutions.

• eCOA experience preferred

Skills:
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment across teams.
• Advanced ability to deliver against set objectives and timelines, demonstrated through roadmap execution and prioritization.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with proficiency in distilling complex challenges into actionable solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration across technical, business, and customer-facing teams.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare technology, including familiarity with data-driven innovation and regulatory environments.
• Expertise in translating high-level strategic goals into detailed user stories and actionable development plans.
• Proven ability to proactively identify, address, and mitigate risks or impediments in development cycles.
• Track record of mentoring and empowering team members to achieve their best performance

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,500.00 - $274,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
