Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Own, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog aligned with stakeholder goals and customer needs;
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main communication bridge between the development team and stakeholders, organising feedback loops and updating stakeholders on product evolution;
• Product Discovery Support: Collaborate with stakeholders and users to validate ideas early through prototypes, feedback sessions, and data-driven experiments;
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and KPIs to inform product decisions and prioritization strategies;
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create basic wireframes and clickable prototypes using Figma to communicate feature ideas and workflows clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  

Requirenments:

• 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager;
• Prior experience working on Free-to-Play (F2P) games;
• Experience in Agile Scrum environments with cross-functional teams;
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with basic Figma skills;
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate insights nto actionable product decisions;
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and a solid understanding of experimentation-driven product development;
• Good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
