For the Delivery team of Information Security, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior Product Owner to lead and oversee security-related projects and operations within our organisation.

You will contribute to shaping and evolving the way our team operates, fostering collaboration, and driving impactful changes to support organizational goals. You will manage critical programs, facilitate continuous improvement, and deliver outcomes that align with our strategic objectives. Be responsible for supporting the planning, tracking and reporting on the progress of the diverse work happening within the organization.

Sportradar is a global company. The role is hybrid with three office days per week and can be based in several locations: Trondheim, Ljubljana or Warsaw.
THE CHALLENGE:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of key InfoSec programs, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead the transition to new ways of working, driving process improvements and fostering a culture of collaboration and adaptability within the unit.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that address real-world needs.
  • Champion a "try-learn-retry" approach, embracing iteration and experimentation to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Define and embed project control and governance frameworks, including Project planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting and implementation of consistent prioritisation processes across projects.

Qualifications

  • Previous proven professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role leading product delivery in a complex environment, ideally within the InfoSec or technology space.
  • Proven track record in planning, executing, controlling, and closing a diverse range of projects (e.g., small, large, and complex), with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal supervision.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Agile principles and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (formal or informal), with a proactive and positive approach to overcoming challenges and driving teams forward.
  • A natural leader who demonstrates a strong balance of humility and confidence.
  • Strong skills in program planning, prioritization, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse stakeholders.
