We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy Product Owner to lead the development of our backup and data recovery product line. This role will manage 2–3 agile backlogs across cross-functional teams, driving product delivery that meets customer needs and aligns with business goals.
You’ll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Support, and go-to-market teams to define and prioritize features, ensuring our solutions remain robust, scalable, and secure.
We are following more of a Kanban-based process, and you should expect daily status meetings with the Customer.

PROJECT
The tools being developed are used by IT Service Providers or so-called Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to automate their activities performed for SMBs such as backup/restore, providing security and performing administrative tasks on Microsoft 365 tenants.
Own and manage multiple product backlogs, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with strategic objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and organize product roadmap and success metrics
Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that translate customer needs into actionable development tasks
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination across agile teams
Partner with Engineering to evaluate technical trade-offs and ensure timely delivery
Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and enterprise security standards.
5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Manager in a software development environment
Proven experience managing multiple agile backlogs and working with distributed teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
NICE TO HAVE
Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and data protection technologies
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise infrastructure products
Knowledge of RTO/RPO concepts and data resiliency strategies
Background in cybersecurity or compliance-driven environments
Technical degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or related field
