This is a hybrid role. At Bluevine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices have reopened in accordance with local guidelines, and are following a hybrid model. In-office days will be determined by location and discipline.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Bluevine is looking for an experienced Product Operations Analyst who will assist with various product operations, including handling customer issues, analyzing data, improving and managing product processes, and supporting product launches. This role will work closely with Product and require collaboration across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including Product, R&D, Risk, Legal & Compliance Support, Business Operations, Partners/ Vendors, Marketing, Bank Partners, and others.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Handling customer escalations/ bugs: Coordinate with support, Sales, AMs, and other stakeholders to document, prioritize, triage and deep-dive into root cause for bugs and customer escalations. Identify appropriate solutions and implement the fix by coordinating with product managers, engineering, and partners/ vendors (if needed).
- Monitoring, analyzing & reporting data: Build dashboards and analyze product data to identify trends or issues and provide recommendations to improve the product performance/ customer experience.
- Handling Product Operations: Efficiently manage various operations in the product organization. This includes (but is not limited to) tracking usage and re-orders with vendors, coordinating and managing certain manual processes, and assisting in the quarterly planning processes.
- Driving process Improvements: Continuously evaluate and enhance product operations processes to improve efficiency and throughput and ensure smooth execution across teams.
- Supporting product launches: Work closely with PMs and stakeholders to assist with product launch-related activities. This includes working with support for product documentation and support articles, building dashboards for tracking product performance and usage, and project coordination.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- 5+ years experience in a production operations role in a fast-paced technology company
- Experience and familiarity with U.S. payments (ACH, Checks, Wires, etc) are a big plus
- Advanced analytical and data skills. Must be an expert in SQL
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with product and technology tools such as Postman, MixPanel, Pendo, Metabase, Tableau
- A problem solver who isn’t afraid to ask questions, learn quickly and find creative solutions to tough problems
- Strong project management skills
- A keen eye for details
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt, collaborate and build credibility with a diverse group of technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
- A self-starter with a strong bias to action
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision from manager
- B.S., B.E. in physics, computer science, engineering, or related field
