Description

Upstream delivers a cloud-based, AI-powered behavioral intelligence platform for physical AI and smart mobility. Upstream empowers customers with advanced AI-driven cybersecurity solutions, including detection and response (XDR), AI Security, quality and operational intelligence, cyber threat intel, SOC services, and more.

Upstream is looking for a tech-driven, creative, and hands-on product marketing professional to join the Marketing team. This role will report to the VP of Marketing and will be the leading stakeholder of all our strategic marketing programs, sales enablement, messaging and positioning, as well as collaboration on marketing activities with tech partners.

You will work closely with multiple teams within Upstream (product, sales, CSM, delivery, alliances, etc.), as well as partners, customers and prospects, to deepen our thought leadership and expand brand awareness by creating effective messaging and positioning, sales assets, webinars, partner-driven programs, press releases and product announcements, analyst relations, and media opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent English communicator, creative with brilliant technological skills.

This role is full-time and is Herzliya, Israel based.

Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert in physical AI and Smart Mobility ecosystems; develop unique expertise in the cybersecurity challenges, attack vectors, competitive landscape and  intelligence-driven use cases.
  • Support our global sales teams in delivering the most effective messaging and positioning, based on deep market and go-to-market expertise.
  • Initiate and execute (end-to-end) strategic marketing programs, primarily thought leadership, tech-oriented webinars and partners-related opportunities (including related collateral and nurturing programs). 
  • Join Upstream’s evangelist team - represent Upstream in webinars, interviews and speaking engagements, as well as moderate our own webinars.
  • Manage our analyst and media relations, working closely with PR partners, our tech alliances, and internal evangelists to boost brand exposure.
  • Craft strategic content to support our marketing programs, such as tech-focused videos, in depth interviews, podcasts, etc.
Requirements
  • A proven track record as product marketing professional in startups selling to enterprises, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or data analytics; Product marketing experience in cybersecurity - A BIG ADVANTAGE
  • 3+ years of enterprise B2B enterprise marketing experience (focus on deep tech).
  • Ability to analyze and contextualize complex tech products, with a natural desire to help prospects understand cloud architectures, data-driven products, and technical value propositions.
  • Native English speaker with strong writing skills and presentations - MUST.
  • Exceptional personal communication, teamwork and collaboration skills; experience working with many different teams and stakeholders internally as well as tech partners, customers and prospects.
  • Strong operational, project management, and goal-driven execution skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Bachelor's or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Management, Product Marketing, or a related field.
