We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive our B2B marketing strategy in the rapidly evolving AI landscape. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping product marketing excellence across our portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives for our cutting-edge AI solutions. This role offers significant growth opportunities and the potential to expand responsibilities as our team scales.

You'll be responsible for developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for our sophisticated B2B AI products, with particular focus on AI agents alongside our LLM capabilities. Working hand-in-hand with our Platform Product team, you'll identify core product narratives, orchestrate an ambitious launch schedule, and own the entire product and feature launch process across our platform.

A critical aspect of this role requires becoming a deep technical expert in AI agents and the broader Generative AI ecosystem. You must be able to dive into highly complex, cutting-edge technology architecture and translate sophisticated technical concepts into accessible, compelling stories for both enterprise decision-makers and technical practitioners. We need someone who can navigate the technical weeds while crafting clear value propositions for diverse audiences.


Role and Responsibilities
  • Strategic Product Narrative Development: Craft holistic, differentiated product narratives across our B2B AI portfolio that effectively communicate complex technical capabilities to both enterprise buyers and developer communities.
  • Technical Translation & Positioning: Master the technical intricacies of AI agents and LLMs to develop positioning that accurately represents our sophisticated technology while remaining accessible to non-technical stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central alignment point between marketing, product, and sales teams, driving coordinated go-to-market execution for complex technical products
  • Launch Excellence: Own end-to-end product and feature launches, managing ambitious roadmaps while ensuring technical accuracy and market relevance
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep competitive analysis and technical market research in the AI agents and LLM space, translating insights into differentiated messaging and positioning strategies
  • Sales Enablement: Develop sophisticated collateral and enablement materials that help our sales team articulate complex technical value propositions to enterprise prospects
  • Team Development & Mentorship: Guide and develop product marketing capabilities across the organization, with opportunities for expanded leadership responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Define and track KPIs that measure launch success, message resonance, and content effectiveness across technical and business audiences

Requirements
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience with complex, technical SaaS products serving developer ecosystems and enterprise customers
  • Proven technical aptitude - ability to quickly understand sophisticated AI/ML technologies, system architectures, and technical differentiation
  • Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to guide teams and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Enterprise marketing expertise with deep understanding of technical buyer journeys and enterprise sales processes
  • Developer ecosystem experience - proven success marketing to technical audiences and understanding developer needs
  • Exceptional communication skills - ability to distill complex technical concepts for varied audiences while maintaining technical accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • AI/ML domain expertise - background in AI agents or related cutting-edge AI technologies
  • Technical background - engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical education/experience
  • Startup/scale-up experience - comfort with fast-paced environments and evolving responsibilities
  • Quantitative research skills - experience with market research, data analysis, and translating insights into strategy
