About the role:
Unbounce is evolving its product strategy, and we're looking for a versatile Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team as we embark on our next growth phase. Reporting to the Director of Product and Growth Marketing, you'll blend product and customer marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption for our expanding product suite by deeply understanding our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Following our recent merger with Insightly, you will also play a crucial role in unifying our brands and shaping the 2025 go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
In this role, you’ll:
- Allocate approximately 40% of your time to developing GTM strategies and campaigns for Unbounce's new products and features in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
- Spend approximately 40% of your time activating new trial users and driving feature adoption among existing customers.
- Dedicate the remaining 20% to refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through research and distilling customer feedback to share cross-functionally.

What you'll be doing:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Planning (40%)
- Develop GTM strategies for new product launches and feature updates in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging, and inform packaging and pricing decisions for new products and features.
- Manage the product launch roadmap to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
- Create comprehensive launch plans with clear objectives, KPIs, deliverables, and timelines, and facilitate their execution cross-functionally.
- Support the development of unified positioning, messaging, and ICP for Unbounce and Insightly’s platform.
Customer Activation, Adoption, and Expansion (40%)
- Design and optimize activation journeys (e.g., in-app flows, product tours, emails, demos, webinars) to guide trialers in unlocking platform value and converting to paying customers.
- Develop educational content (e.g., one-pagers, webinars, tutorials, in-app tours, tooltips) and multi-channel campaigns to drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption of Unbounce’s evolving suite of products.
- Leverage the Unbounce community to foster engagement and knowledge-sharing among users.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base and create targeted campaigns to drive expansion.
- Capture and share customer success stories across various channels, including case studies, testimonials, and video interviews.
Customer Research and Insights (20%)
- Gather, analyze, and distill customer data (e.g., feedback, attributes, behaviors) to inform and optimize strategies and share findings with cross-functional teams to support the development of customer-centric product, positioning, and marketing strategies.
- Build and refine ICPs, buyer personas, and key segments to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Conduct 1:1 interviews, exit interviews, surveys, and other research to learn more about our target audience.
A little about you:
- You have 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing and/or Customer Marketing, preferably with a PLG motion.
- You have developed, executed, and optimized successful, integrated GTM campaigns that drove product adoption.
- You are a strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- You are an excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence and a knack for creating compelling messaging, product narratives, and presentations.
- You are comfortable being in front of the camera for webinars and customer engagements.
- You have the ability to juggle multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
- You make decisions based on data and research rather than relying solely on opinions.
- You have a bias for action and are a resourceful, efficient, and creative problem solver.
- Bonus: Experience with Intercom, Pardot, Insightly, Beamer, Klue, and Wynter.
Bonus: Experience navigating mergers and acquisitions.
