The RoleOutreach is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to bring complex, high-impact governance, security, interoperability, and integration capabilities to market.
You will lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for monthly releases and quarterly product launches, building competitive advantage, revenue growth, and product adoption. You will translate innovative offerings into marketable, sellable solutions that deliver unmatched customer experiences and can scale across the globe.
You will work in partnership with the broader Product Marketing team to deliver Enterprise-focused customer value, adoption, retention, and growth.

In this role, you will bring that mindset to product marketing, using AI to \synthesize customer and market insights and draft and refine launch messaging and enablement content, while applying your own judgment to keep everything accurate, differentiated, and on brand. You will also help us explain the AI capabilities of the Outreach platform clearly to customers, partners, and our go-to-market teams.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
Launch Leadership: Independently lead monthly releases and quarterly go-to-market launches for Platform Services offerings, including complex, high-stakes releases, from strategy through execution. Build a strategic GTM plan for each release in close collaboration with Product Management, Partners, Marketing, Enablement, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, and Post-Sales teams.
Product & Customer Expertise: Build deep expertise in the Outreach AI Revenue Platform and its best practices to become a trusted product and customer subject matter expert.
Partnerships: Collaborate with the Partner team to identify strategic partner integration and co-marketing opportunities.
Competitive Positioning & Messaging: Analyze the competitive landscape and develop value propositions, positioning, and messaging that clearly articulate Outreach's differentiators and gaps across Platform features and integrations.
Content & Enablement: Deliver a launch content package for each release that equips Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customer teams to take the offering to market. Collaborate with Marketing on event content, product videos, demos, training materials, case studies, campaigns, and public and analyst relations to increase product awareness.
Customer & Market Insight: Share customer feedback with Product and leadership to inform roadmap priorities and recommendations.

6+ years of enterprise platform software experience focused on a highly technical product area that includes governance, interoperability, security, and integration.
Expertise in defining and executing go-to-market strategies and in the core craft of product marketing, including messaging and positioning, market enablement for GTM teams, customer and event presentations, product launches, and event content.
Curiosity about AI and a record of learning and adapting quickly, including experimenting with AI tools to improve how you research, create, and launch, and sharing what works with your team.
