Warp: We're Building the Platform for Agentic Development

Warp began with the vision of reimagining one of the fundamental dev tools — the terminal — to make it more usable and powerful for all developers. As AI has advanced, Warp has evolved beyond its terminal roots into a full agentic development environment: a workbench for dispatching agents to code, deploy, and debug production software.

Today, we have two products: Warp, the agentic development environment born out of the terminal, and Oz, our orchestration platform for running hundreds of cloud agents in parallel. With both products, we’re creating the scaffolding for developers to build their own workflows for working with agents.

In Warp, seamlessly switch between running commands, launching agents, and iterating on code with agents— eliminating the need to jump between a terminal and an IDE. It all works with our built-in SOTA agent or top agents like Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, and OpenCode. In Oz, build custom agents that are triggered programmatically, tracked centrally, and are shared across full teams to run agents across organizations without compromising security or reliability. Continue cloud agent runs that were triggered by Oz locally in Warp or on the web with one click.

With over 750k active developers at companies including Docker, Ramp, Peloton, and over half of the Fortune 500 and revenue that grew over 44x last year, Warp is one of the fastest-growing startups in the AI development space.

Our mission has remained the same even as AI has advanced: to empower developers to ship better software more quickly, freeing them to focus on the creative and rewarding aspects of their work. If you want to help define what development looks like in the agentic era at a company where your work reaches hundreds of thousands of engineers every day, we'd love to have you.

The Role

Warp is seeking a results-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise to own how we bring Warp to engineering organizations. As software development shifts from interactive coding agents to cloud software factories, you will define how Warp wins the enterprise: shaping the narrative for VPs of Engineering and platform teams, building the assets that move deals, and turning bottoms-up developer adoption into company-wide deployments.

You will craft messaging and positioning for a technical buying committee, arm Sales with the tools to win competitive evaluations, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can hold both audiences at once: the developer who adopts Warp on their own, and the engineering leader who standardizes on it. You are a storyteller with deep empathy for developers, you are data informed, and you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. This role reports to the Head of Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own Enterprise Positioning and Messaging: Craft the narrative for how Warp delivers measurable ROI, security, and compliance to engineering organizations, differentiating us in a fast-consolidating market.
  • Build the Sales Narrative and Enablement: Develop the pitch, competitive battlecards, objection handling, and technical content that Sales uses to win evaluations against IDE-first and agent-native competitors.
  • Drive Enterprise Launches: Partner with Product to shape the enterprise roadmap and lead go-to-market for features that unlock larger deployments, from security and admin controls to multi-agent orchestration.
  • Convert Bottoms-Up to Top-Down: Work with Growth and Sales to turn individual developer adoption into enterprise expansion, defining the signals and motions that move accounts from a handful of users to a company-wide standard.
  • Own Competitive and Buyer Research: Run win/loss analysis, customer and prospect interviews, and competitive intelligence. Bring the voice of the engineering leader into product strategy.
  • Develop Proof: Build the case studies, benchmarks, and ROI evidence that engineering leaders need to justify the decision internally.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with meaningful time marketing to enterprise engineering organizations
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to a technical buying committee: developers, engineering managers, VPs of Engineering, platform and security teams
  • Proven track record building sales enablement that Sales actually uses, including competitive positioning in crowded markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across both highly technical and highly creative teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, high impact product launches
  • Deep product intuition and demonstrated ability to uncover insights and latent user needs
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
  • You have a passion for learning more about the terminal and developer tools
  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves to do all things necessary to make an early-stage startup successful
  • Experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or related industries

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have experience coding or a technical background
  • Experience with a bottoms-up or product-led motion that expanded into enterprise deals
  • Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements in developer tooling

Warp Compensation & Benefits Highlights

The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Warp and has not been reviewed or approved by Warp.

  • Fair & Transparent Compensation Pay is positioned as competitive for a well-funded startup, with strong total compensation bands across engineering and other core roles. Compensation is also framed as closer to "market-rate or better" with a workload tradeoff that feels favorable versus larger tech employers.
  • Equity Value & Accessibility Equity is commonly presented as a meaningful part of the package, with upside tied to the company’s funding and growth trajectory. The narrative around equity centers on potentially outsized outcomes if a major liquidity event occurs.
  • Healthcare Strength Healthcare is described as fully covered, which can materially increase the perceived value of the overall rewards package. This is reinforced by other benefits that reduce out-of-pocket burden and make total rewards feel more generous.

What We Do

Warp began with the vision of reimagining one of the fundamental dev tools—the terminal—to make it more usable and powerful for all developers. As AI has advanced, Warp has evolved beyond its terminal roots into the platform for Agentic Development: a workbench for dispatching agents to code, deploy, and debug production software. With over half a million active developers and revenue that has grown 8x since the beginning of 2025, we are in a unique position to impact the future of development. We believe that soon developers will be “tech leads” for groups of agents; rather than opening a code editor to write code or a terminal to write commands, they will open Warp and prompt their computer to build features, fix bugs, and diagnose production issues. With its starting point as a reimagined command line, Warp is well-positioned to support agent-first workflows: It sits at the lowest level in the dev stack, has access to all of a developer’s context, and is set up for multitasking and long-running processes. In addition, Warp has state-of-the-art code editing features and built-in team knowledge sharing. It’s the right interface for the agentic future. Our mission has remained the same even as AI has advanced: to empower developers to ship better software more quickly, freeing them to focus on the creative and rewarding aspects of their work.
