Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Solutions Marketing team to build the foundation for how Harvey's products show up as real, usable solutions for legal professionals. You'll set the standard for how Harvey packages, launches, and enables solutions across legal teams and emerging markets. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams to define clear workflows, practical use cases, and repeatable, customer-ready assets across different segments and buyers. Success shows up as shared clarity across GTM, faster customer adoption and value realization, quality pipeline, and a durable story that scales as Harvey grows.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for a core solution area, translating product capabilities into messaging and positioning tailored to the vertical, persona, and segment size.

  • Enable GTM teams with solution-led messaging, demo storylines, playbooks, and customer-ready materials that support the enterprise sales motion.

  • Partner with Product and Core Product Marketing to shape launches and own how it gets packaged and adapted across target verticals and personas.

  • Partner with Demand Gen and Content to develop full funnel campaigns that build thought leadership, drive demand, and mature pipeline.

  • Regularly conduct market, customer, and competitive research, grounding positioning and strategy in real customer needs and differentiated value.

  • Align on solutions prioritization and market opportunity across Product, GTM, and Marketing leadership teams.

What You Have

  • 6-8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or a related role in B2B SaaS.

  • Proven experience marketing complex, workflow-driven products to enterprise buyers.

  • Demonstrated ability to connect technical product capabilities to customer problems, outcomes, and business value.

  • Expertise in developing positioning and messaging, and translating it into sales-facing and customer-facing assets across different audiences, segments, and verticals.

  • Experience contributing to product launches, including translating core launch messaging into content for specific industries or personas and building out assets.

Compensation

$137,600-206,400 USD

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
  • Ability to differentiate valuable signal from noise
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous cross-functional projects across Product, GTM, and Founders
