About us

Fospha is dedicated to building the world's most powerful measurement solution for online retail. For over a decade, we've helped teams make smarter decisions with full-funnel marketing insights, forecasting, and optimisation. With Fospha, every team moves faster and grows smarter.

Trusted by over 200 leading brands across three continents, including Huel, Oh Polly, and Represent, Fospha manages $2.5 billion in annual ad spend.

We're scaling fast across London, Mumbai, and Austin – and we're now looking for a Product Marketer to join our Product Marketing team to support the growth of the business.

Ready to make your mark? Let’s go! 🚀

The Role
This is a high-impact role at the heart of Fospha’s product marketing engine. You’ll own the loop from product to market — building launch plans, activating cross-functional teams, and tracking success metrics from awareness through to adoption. You’ll work closely with the Product Marketing Lead and Product Marketing Executive to ensure our go-to-market strategy is tight, feedback loops are fast, and every launch drives measurable business outcomes.
You’ll be the glue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS — ensuring every product release is well-communicated, well-measured, and well-adopted
Key Responsibilities
  • Go-to-Market & Launch Execution
Build and manage go-to-market plans for all new products and major releases, activating cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure consistent delivery, messaging alignment, and measurable outcomes.
  • Adoption & Insight Loop
Define success metrics with Product Managers (e.g. feature adoption, time-to-value, satisfaction), systematise insight capture, and build structured feedback routes between CS, PMM, and Product to inform roadmap priorities and enablement content.
  • Enablement & Process Excellence
Create and maintain enablement assets (product decks, one-pagers, playbooks, FAQs), standardise the launch-to-adoption process with validation checklists and post-launch reviews, and drive accountability across teams for release hygiene.
  • Messaging & Market Readiness
Collaborate with the Product Marketing Lead to refine positioning and messaging, translate complex capabilities into simple customer stories, and contribute to education on model confidence and transparency.
  • Performance Tracking & Communication
Maintain visibility of success metrics from launch through to adoption, publish clear adoption and trend summaries, and share updates with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Exec teams to shape future GTM priorities.
In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen AI hub!

  • Have experience creating enablement assets that simplify complex products.
  • Are comfortable interpreting data and customer insights to drive decisions.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with measurement, MMM/MTA, or adtech.
  • Bonus: Experience with GTM tooling (GA4, Shopify, CRM analytics, Notion, Jira, enablement platforms).

What We Do

We are venture builders, not venture capitalists. We invest more than just funds; we invest our knowledge and experience, our ideas and our infrastructure. Our approach to transforming industries has always been the same. We identify high growth sectors, typically undergoing some market, technology or regulatory discontinuity, and look to build scalable platforms that satisfy a real customer need. We aim to build profitable companies, with sustainable business models. Working alongside entrepreneurs and co-founders, we support our ventures from startup to scale to exit, giving them access to the global networks and business development services they need to grow. This support is bolstered by the innovation partnerships we forge with big businesses. Our digital expertise helps them be more agile, while their global scope helps our ventures scale faster. Founded in 1998 Blenheim Chalcot traces its roots back to Netdecisions, the internet services group. Already back then we set out to build companies to transform industry sectors. And since then we’ve become the UK’s leading venture builder, with portfolio sales of over £350m, more than 3,000 employees, and a successful track record of over 40 companies. We operate internationally with offices in: - London, UK (HQ) - Mumbai, India - Tampa, USA - Cape Town, South Africa
