About The Role:

Parker’s mission is simple but ambitious: to increase the number of financially independent people. We believe the best way to achieve this is by giving independent business owners the financial tools they need to scale profitably.

Our core product combines a virtual corporate card with dynamic spending limits and profitability-focused software tooling—empowering eCommerce merchants to grow faster while staying in control of their margins.

We’ve raised over $180M in equity and debt from world-class investors, including Valar Ventures, Y Combinator, SVB, and notable founders such as Solomon Hykes (Docker), Paul Buchheit (Gmail), Paul Graham (Y Combinator), and Robert Leshner (Compound). We’re a Series B fintech scaling rapidly, with strong product-market fit and accelerating demand.

The Cards product is Parker’s flagship offering — the backbone of how our customers spend, earn, and manage their businesses.

As Senior Product Manager, Cards, you’ll own the roadmap and execution for new card and expense management experiences, while improving the core customer journey around daily spending. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and risk to scale our platform for Parker’s next phase of growth.

You’ll sit at the intersection of product strategy, systems design, and payments infrastructure — turning customer insights into elegant, reliable, and scalable solutions that power how modern businesses spend every day.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Parker’s card and expense management products (virtual and physical).

  • Build and enhance the daily spend experience — from smarter card controls to seamless reconciliation.

  • Define success metrics that drive activation, spend volume, and retention.

  • Partner with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and ship impactful releases quickly.

  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, and external partners (issuers, processors, networks) to ensure operational excellence and regulatory alignment.

  • Work directly with the CTO to set product direction and define how the cards platform evolves technically and strategically.

  • Explore new frontiers in AI-driven spend management, automation, and intelligent insights for customers.

What You Bring:
  • Strong customer empathy and design thinking — you obsess over user experience and simplicity.

  • Fluency in data and the ability to make clear, data-driven product decisions.

  • Experience evaluating complex trade-offs and prioritizing ruthlessly for impact.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate small, cross-functional teams toward a shared goal.

  • Collaborative by nature — skilled at aligning engineering, design, risk, and operations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication — clear thinking, crisp storytelling.

  • Passion for AI and hands-on curiosity with new tools, prototypes, or research.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with commercial or spend management card products.

  • Understanding of KYC/KYB, risk, or fraud infrastructure.

  • Track record in high-growth fintech or payments environments.
