As our Senior Product Manager, you'll lead product development across our hardware-enabled software platform and help define what comes next, shipping tools that public works teams, engineering consultants, and civic leaders use every day. You'll partner with design, engineering, and go-to-market to prioritize the most urgent problems and deliver elegant, effective solutions, fast. You'll work directly with customers to understand their jobs-to-be-done and turn them into smart, focused product decisions. You'll be an early, foundational member of our product team.

• Work with leadership to understand the company's vision and pick the problems that matter most.

• Run discovery with towns and prototype rapidly with Claude Code or similar tools to speed the path from idea to production code.

• Define and track clear success metrics tied to usage, retention, and business growth.

• Partner with engineering and design to scope work, unblock decisions, and execute with urgency.

• Support go-to-market on launch strategy, pricing experiments, and product demos, and help shape Cyvl's product culture.

• 4-7 years of experience in product management or a related field in B2B software

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship impactful products

• Strong product sense and customer empathy; you know how to turn vague problems into clear solutions

• Comfort digging into data, aligning stakeholders, and making fast, informed trade-offs

• Technical fluency: you don't need to be an engineer, but you understand APIs, data models, and the basics of modern AI/ML workflows

• Experience in civic tech, infrastructure, GIS, or vertical SaaS

• Exposure to public sector, urban systems, or field-data workflows
