Senior Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sr.Product Manager with expertise in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce to drive the development and execution of ILLA’s product initiatives. You will own the product lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap creation to user research, agile development, and stakeholder alignment—ensuring our solutions meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigour, technical skill, and a passion for innovation in logistics.

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

·       Develop and maintain a product strategy and roadmap aligned with ILLA’s business goals and market opportunities.

·       Prioritize initiatives based on customer research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.

·       Define product vision, OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and success metrics.

2. User Needs & Requirements

·       Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, analytics) to uncover pain points and opportunities.

·       Translate insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

·       Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, customer-centric interfaces.

3. Product Development & Execution

·       Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

·       Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and participate in sprint planning/reviews.

·       Monitor post-launch performance, analyze KPIs, and iterate for continuous improvement.

·       Oversee product releases, including scope definition, launch coordination, and stakeholder communication.

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication

·       Clearly communicate product strategy, progress, and results to executives, teams, and clients.

·       Partner with operations, sales, and marketing to ensure successful adoption and GTM (go-to-market) execution.

·       Champion the product vision and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

·       2+ years of product management experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.

·       Proven track record of launching and managing complex products end-to-end.

·       Strong grasp of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product management frameworks.

·       Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, BI tools).

·       Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or route optimization software.
