What You'll Do:

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead PetClear, our pet compliance and profile management product, with potential to lead additional products across the platform over time. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at the forefront of one of Foxen’s fastest-growing products.

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap, identify opportunities to deepen customer value, build and maintain relationships with both external partners and customers, support the sales process to drive product adoption, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver improvements. We’re looking for a product leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a deep sense of ownership. Strong communication skills are a must, as this individual will confidently share and execute strategies with partners at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own PetClear's product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to continuously improve the product and achieve business objectives.
  • Directly engage customers to drive sales, gather feedback, and build relationships that shape the roadmap.
  • Closely partner with Marketing to communicate product value to the market and educate existing customers on new functionality.
  • Own and scale strategic partnerships that strengthen the product offering and expand its capabilities.
  • Partner with Engineering to translate strategy into clear requirements and ensure what ships delivers real value to customers.
  • Integrate AI into both how you build and what you build, using tools to sharpen your process and embedding capabilities into the product to advance its competitive edge.
  • Continually measure, analyze, and optimize the product that you own.

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience ideally in the proptech, fintech, or related spaces.
  • Track record of taking newly launched products and scaling them to broad market adoption.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive accountability, and deliver product outcomes across multiple workstreams.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, identifying opportunities, building the case, and driving initiatives forward without waiting for direction.
  • Ability to articulate a clear product vision and strategy to executives, customers, and partners, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong curiosity, clear point of view, and hands-on experience integrating AI into product workflows.

What We Offer:

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll enjoy competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being both inside and outside of work. Our benefits include your choice of three health insurance plans, voluntary dental and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, a 401(k) with a 4% company match, and an annual learning & development stipend. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the VP of Product, with occasional travel required for training and company events.
