Overview:
Join our Product Management team and become a driving force behind the Data Integrity Suite product line. In this pivotal role, you'll delve into market trends across our existing and target customer segments, transforming insights into actionable business requirements, functional use cases, and compelling product solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll emerge as the subject matter expert on our Data Integrity Suite product portfolio, guiding product development and supporting sales with your deep product knowledge and market insights. Your expertise will identify growth opportunities, inform strategy, and ensure our products continue to meet the evolving needs of our market.
What you will do:
- Strategic Direction for Suite Administration: Define and own the roadmap for core Suite administration capabilities—including entitlements, security, on-premises agents, billing-related data, tenant administration, and API-based integrations—ensuring these foundational services scale with customer growth and power consistent experiences across all Data Integrity Suite offerings.
- Internal Customer Insight & Platform Requirements: Partner closely with Product Managers across the Suite to understand their administrative and operational needs. Translate cross-product requirements into shared components that eliminate duplication, accelerate delivery, and improve operational efficiency for downstream PM and engineering teams.
- Cross-Suite Leadership & Standards: Lead the development and adoption of platform-wide standards, reusable components, and common patterns that simplify how teams build and operate customer-facing features. Ensure alignment so that all Suite services benefit from consistent, enterprise-grade administration capabilities.
- Platform Roadmap, Design & Execution: Drive the full product lifecycle for Suite Administration capabilities—prioritizing work, writing clear requirements, maintaining a healthy backlog, and collaborating with engineering and UX to deliver secure, scalable, and extensible services consumed by multiple product lines.
- Technical & Architectural Awareness: Apply strong conceptual understanding of SaaS platform architecture—APIs, security, usage/metering systems, hybrid deployment patterns, connectors—to make informed decisions and guide long-term platform evolution without overstepping into engineering design.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Support, and Operations to ensure new platform capabilities are discoverable, adoptable, well-integrated, and successfully rolled out across all Suite teams. Own measurable improvements in adoption and usage of Foundation capabilities.
- Agile Development & Continuous Improvement: Operate within Agile frameworks to refine requirements, deliver incremental value, improve reliability, and ensure platform services evolve in response to stakeholder feedback and business priorities.
- Cross-Domain Platform Collaboration: Contribute to or collaborate with PMs in other Foundation domains—workflow, connectors, modern deployment patterns, or AI administration—to increase Suite-wide consistency and expand your platform influence
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 5–7 years of product management experience building SaaS platforms, shared services, or internal-facing capabilities used by multiple product teams. Experience owning high-scale administrative, entitlement, or metering systems is a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields is helpful but not required.
- Platform Product Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver reusable platform components—such as entitlement management, security, privacy, billing-related data flows, tenant administration, and API-driven services—that support cross-team development at scale.
- Strategic & Execution Skills: Proven ability to define platform standards, manage complex stakeholder groups, and drive execution in an Agile environment with multiple dependent teams and a high-volume feature backlog.
- Conceptual Technical Proficiency: Comfortable partnering with engineering on high-level architectural decisions involving SaaS APIs, integrations, platform services, and hybrid deployment models. Hands-on exposure to Kubernetes, API frameworks, or deployment pipelines is a plus—not a requirement.
- Tools & Methodology Experience: Hands-on experience with Agile development practices and product tools such as Aha!. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional initiatives across product lines.
Preferred Requirements:
- Hybrid Cloud and SaaS Expertise: Experience with hybrid cloud deployments and SaaS solutions, particularly in AWS and MongoDB environments.
- Experience with a broad spectrum of data management practices, including data quality, data integration, data governance, and metadata management
- Hands-on familiarity with SaaS platform engineering concepts such as Kubernetes, agent-based deployment, or API integration frameworks.
- Experience building internal-facing platform capabilities for multiple product teams.
- Exposure to AI platform administration concepts (e.g., model enablement, usage policies) is a plus but not core to the role.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or informal teams, even without direct reports.
