At Yupp, you will experience both the excitement of building for a large scale global user base as well as for the deeply technical audience of AI model builders and researchers. You’ll get immersed in and learn all about the latest and greatest AI models and agents. You’ll interact with AI builders and researchers from other AI labs all around the world.

We are a mostly in-person startup, but we are also flexible – you can usually work from home when you need to and come in and leave when you want to. Many employees work from home on average 1 day a week.

• Own all facets of our core product features from crafting the vision and strategy to executing

• Define and execute a roadmap for both consumer and AI builder product features, impacting millions of users as well as the development and improvement of AI models and agents.

• Size opportunities, analyze market trends, and identify the highest-impact real-world use cases for Yupp’s product features.

• Partner with design, engineering, AI and growth teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly consumer AI features that scale globally.

• Develop and execute consumer growth strategies, including referral programs, social growth loops, and network effects.

• Identify, evaluate, create and manage seamless processes to onboard new models on to Yupp, at speed and scale.

• Lead the design and refinement of benchmarking and real-world evaluation frameworks for AI models.

• Own how models are ranked, compared, and surfaced to users, ensuring transparency and trust.

• Identify and prioritize high-impact areas in the product where AI can improve user value, efficiency, and overall product performance.

• Experience: 10+ years in product management, with significant experience in AI/ML products, platforms, and models and significant experience as a PM on a high performing consumer or growth product team at a consumer tech company.

• Analytical Thinking and Strong Prioritization skills: Deep analytic, prioritization and problem solving skills. Comfort with product analytics and performance measurement; ability to design meaningful metrics for AI usage and quality.

• Execution: Proven track record of delivering technically complex, high-impact features from concept to launch. Ability to focus on scalable business outcomes.

• AI Understanding and Curiosity: Strong familiarity with LLMs, model APIs, evaluation methods, and the evolving AI ecosystem. A genuine drive to explore new AI models, tools, and techniques — and understand how they can create value for users in the long run.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal communication, Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Experience working with multiple AI providers and incorporating their capabilities into product experiences.

• Knowledge of AI benchmarking frameworks, evaluations and model leaderboards.
