At Benjamin, we give users real cash rewards—what we call MoMos (Money Moments)—for things they’re already doing. From playing games and watching ads to everyday card purchases with cash back, we’re all about putting money back in people’s pockets.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for your area
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data to deliver features end-to-end
- Prioritize based on user impact, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Drive experimentation and data-informed decision making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across growth, support, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer tech or fintech
- Proven success launching and scaling products
- Strong analytical thinking and user-centered mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ideal Candidate Has
- Experience with rewards, cashback, mobile apps, or gamification
- Technical fluency working with APIs and data platforms
- Background in user research or behavioral design
