 A little about us…

Knit is an AI-native consumer research platform helping brands automate and accelerate primary research. With our Researcher-Driven AI, we’ve condensed the entire quant + qual research process from weeks into days (sometimes hours!) for 50+ leading enterprise brands — including Amazon, Mars, Adobe, NASCAR, JBL, and the WNBA.

We’re on a mission to scale and democratize world-class research. From survey generation to stakeholder-ready reports, our platform is redefining how insights teams operate — and we need your help to push the limits of what’s possible.

Overview | Your Mission

You’ll play a foundational role on initiatives that drive end-to-end automation of the Knit platform, while collaborating closely with our other distributed product, engineering and AI teams. We’re not just shipping features — we’re building the future of how companies understand people.

You’ll be the bridge between user needs, business goals, and technical execution. Working closely with Design, Engineering, and AI teams, you’ll turn ideas into reality — from roadmap definition to go-to-market.

Responsibilities | Outcomes you will own…

Product Strategy & Planning

  • Lead discovery with customers to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and needs while continuing to define and refine Knit’s Product Vision
  • Translate outcomes into clear, actionable initiatives aligned with company goals for an entire pod, including design, AI and fullstack engineers
  • Demonstrate impact of new features using qualitative and quantitative methods, including product analytics, user interviews, and internal stakeholder reviews
  • Continuously evangelize the vision and strategy across the company, ensuring buy-in and alignment from key stakeholders (Exec, Engineering, AI, Research, GTM teams)
  • Prioritize ruthlessly—focus the team on what matters most and keep them aligned on goals

Execution & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of feature delivery — from specs to launch - providing clear, concise requirements for design and engineering teams
  • Define and track success metrics for product launches
  • Partner with engineering to ensure timelines, technical trade-offs, and quality standards are met

Customer & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Regularly gather feedback from internal and external users to inform product decisions, including meeting directly with customers (occasionally onsite)
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to ensure launches are conducted smoothly and supported with the right materials, including sales enablement

Process & Mindset

  • Champion a bias toward action, learning, and iteration
  • Constantly improve our product development process, rituals, and documentation
  • Be a source of structure and clarity in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Required Skills & Experiences | Who You Are
  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, with at least 2+ years at a high-growth startup environment (series A / B company)
  • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical domains (engineering, AI/ML, research tools, etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — clarity is your superpower
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving ability — you know how to focus on what matters
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially with remote/offshore development partners

You’ll Truly Impress Us With

  • Previous experience as a founder or first product hire at an organization
  • Experience building tools for researchers or specific to the market research industry
  • Exposure to AI/ML products

Join Knit and be part of building the future of market research! We offer:

  • Competitive salary and equity options
  • Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision)
  • 401(k) plan
  • Access to Industrious offices worldwide as part of our company membership
