About the RoleReporting directly to the Head of Product, the Senior Product Manager will bridge high-level product vision with day-to-day delivery, ensuring our products create measurable value for both customers and the business. ResponsibilitiesLead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products that drive EnrollHere client experience based on some of our key metrics.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, design, QA, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
- Define and evolve product vision and roadmap for your areas of ownership, ensuring it aligns with both user need and organization goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prioritize product features, maintain the product backlog in Linear, and make informed decisions around product development.
- Write detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring clarity and completeness for the development team.
- Monitor and measure product performance and feature adoption, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and influence future product decisions.
- Contribute to EnrollHere’s internal standards and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 of those years in a role at an established software technology company.
- Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch and iterating based on data.
- Strong technical fluency; able to engage deeply with engineering on computer science concepts, systems, APIs, and architecture.
- Solid understanding of product development methodologies and a dedication to following them.
- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
- Analytical attitude with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
